WesTech eSolutions Inc. Launches SimpleTruckingDocs: A Comprehensive ELD Data Storage Solution Meeting All DOT Requirements to Driver and Vehicle Data Storage.

Longmont, Colorado – WesTech eSolutions Inc. is proud to announce that SimpleTruckingDocs is now in production with GlobalELD, SimpleTruckELD, Simple Elog and SmartTruckELD ELD offerings. Providing a comprehensive ELD data archiving solution that meets all DOT requirements for Driver and Vehicle data storage. This launch is scheduled for March 15th, 2023.

The US Department of Transportation (DOT) has loaded the Trucking Industry with an enormous amount of paperwork. Providing these reports quarterly, annually, and archiving this data for 2 to 3 years or more requires a significant file storage or infrastructure expense for designing and creating the data extraction, document archival process and storage. As of 2019 The DOT has required ELD for most Over the Road Truckers with few exceptions. Yet an ELD is not enough as your ELD only stores data for SIX MONTHS.

That’s where WesTech eSolutions Inc., comes in. With over twenty years of experience in delivering these types of solutions to clients, WesTech eSolutions Inc. maximizes Enterprise Information Management (EIM) solutions for business value, helps ensure adoption of the solution enterprise-wide, improves business processes, integrates with the line-of-business applications and reduces costs. As a business, they seek to provide companies with a data extraction and document archival solution without the big price tag; enabling reduced costs while providing quicker access over manual filing and paper storage.

SimpleTruckingDocs’ new product launch allows users to store their DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report), Driver Daily Logs, Miles Report and Trip / Loads Sheet electronically; recapturing excess manpower from manual filing errors while eliminating paper storage space as well as allowing users quick access to information on short notice - giving them peace of mind that their documents are secure digitally.

“We understand how difficult it can be for truckers to keep up with all the regulations imposed by DOT on top of keeping all their paperwork organized," said founder Bill West. "Our goal at SimpleTruckingDocs is provide our customers with the ability to have all their documents electronically stored so they can easily access them when needed."

In addition to meeting all DOT requirements regarding driver's logs and vehicle inspections, our supported ELD solutions all offer features such as:

• Electronic log book feature which enables drivers to easily record trips/loads sheet directly into the software

• Automated notifications which remind drivers & fleet owners when inspection & maintenance needs are due

• Ability to generate reports & monitor performance metrics such as miles traveled per day or number of hours driven per week

• Easy integration capabilities which enable fleets & drivers alike to connect existing systems & devices (e.g., GPS tracking systems)

• Built-in safety protocols which alert drivers if they exceed speed limits or enter restricted zones

• Online dashboard which provides fleet owners visibility into driver activity & performance metrics in real time

"We are thrilled about launching this new product offering," said Zack Spratling Director of Sales at WesTech eSolutions Inc., "It will make life easier for fleet owners by enabling them quick access over manual filing and paper storage". He went on further stating “We understand how difficult it can be for truckers who have limited resources but need increased compliance measures; we want everyone who uses our software suite to feel confident about their operations.”
