Nagakawa Group executives attributed recent successes to effective marketing and communication strategies that reduced customer acquisition costs despite fierce competition from more than 100 air conditioner brands in the country. The key was to put the customers at the center of the business, shift to a "customer-centric" approach to research technology continuously, create delicate designs and deliver a holistic experience at all touchpoints of the buying journey.

Chau has extensive knowledge in digital marketing, digital transformation, mobile marketing and added-value services, and television copyrights. She is also among the active contributors and speakers at the Mobile Marketing Association (MMA Global) Vietnamese branch. She is known as one of the pioneers in content providers and mobile platforms (CSPs) in the marketing community. 

Previously, Chau was the Chief Marketing Officer at Austdoor Group, the leading name in doors and construction materials and the first enterprise in the building materials sector focusing on digital transformation in Vietnam. Within two years, she helped Austdoor Group enter the top 500 Vietnamese largest enterprises for the first time and become one of the ten fastest-growing firms nationwide in 2020. 

During the economic turmoil caused by Covid- 19, Chau worked closely with Austdoor Group to maintain business growth. She actively promoted building digital platforms to manage the customer experience as one of the strategic missions, driving the group’s major successes.
