San Diego, CA, United States - May 3, 2019 /MarketersMedia/ —

One of the most beloved and popular indoor children recreation facilities in San Diego, Uptown Jungle are determined to continue their program called Fun for Five. This program is being conducted in partnership with various schools, sports teams, churches, bands and choirs in the areas where Uptown Jungle has its locations.

The program enables children and their teachers and coaches to ask for complimentary bookmarks where they can choose five activities they want to accomplish. There are various activities, including reading books, behaving good for 5 days, doing homework, and similar. When the tasks are completed, the bookmarks are returned to Uptown Jungle signed by the teachers. This grants children one hour of play at Uptown Jungle completely free of charge.

“Uptown Jungle was envisioned as a fun place for both kids and adults. We are incredibly grateful for the success we have experienced over the years. That’s why we decided to give back to our communities the best way we can – opening our doors to them for free,” said Bob Krause, one of the founders of Uptown Jungle. He added: “But we also wanted it to be a learning opportunity for the kids. When we reached out to schools and other organizations in the area, people responded with excitement as the Fun For 5 program successfully helped them motivate their kids to achieve great things.”

About Uptown Jungle: The company was originally named Urban Jungle Fun Park when it was first founded in 2012. The founders, two friends wanted a company which offered a safe and exciting world of physical activity for children. The success of the company inspired a lot of similar businesses in the area, which led to the company’s rebranding in March 2018 into Uptown Jungle. Since its founding, the company has expanded and now has 6 locations in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
