Two MSN Lawyers Recognized As Top Attorneys By Birmingham Magazine

April 01, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Two attorneys from Massey, Stotser & Nichols, PC (MSN), a Birmingham, Alabama based law firm, were recently recognized by Birmingham Magazine as Top Attorneys. MSN would like to congratulate Anne Lamkin Durward and Spenser Templeton for this achievement. The magazine recently conducted its eleventh annual peer-reviewed survey and two attorneys from MSN stood out.
Partner Anne Lamkin Durward is from Birmingham, and graduated from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law after attending the Washington & Lee University in Lexington, VA. Anne was admitted to the Alabama Bar in 1995. She helped establish the Birmingham Bar Foundation Fellows Program and continues to be very active in numerous local and national bar organizations. She also coaches the National Moot Court Team with Cumberland School of Law. She is on the Board of Governors for the International Academy of Family Lawyers and is the President-Elect of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Anne also has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America for a number of years. Anne practices in the areas of family law, probate law and general litigation.
Spenser Templeton is from Gadsden, Alabama and currently resides in the Trussville area with her husband, Ryan, and son, Finn. Spenser holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Alabama. During her time at the University of Alabama, Templeton was a member of the Crimsonettes with the Million Dollar Band. She later attended the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University where she graduated in 2015 with her Juris Doctorate. Spenser coaches the Cumberland National Trial Team and volunteers her time mentoring young law students. Spenser is also active in the Birmingham Bar Association including, the Future Leaders Forum and serving on the board of the Women’s Section. She has also been nominated as a Mid-South Super Lawyer.
