During the podcast, Farrar shares his incredible story about the ups and downs of his entrepreneurial journey. Farrar’s first inspiration was his father, a true serial entrepreneur who instilled in Farrar his motto: try to do things that nobody else will think of.
Farrar discussed his business failures and accomplishments, finding the value of networking and negotiating, and how he found success after every set-back. His journey led him to create an Amazon management service and acquire additional companies to form a well-rounded business foundation. “Through my many business ventures, I’ve learned the hard way that the most important skill to have is accepting and facilitating change on a personal and professional level,” he said.
