Elements K9 Training’s newly launched behavior and obedience training programs have been created to help dogs build confidence and get them comfortable with the world around them. The programs are all one-on-one and are offered in in-person, board-and-train, and virtual formats.

Experts say that dog training should begin as early as 8 to 12 weeks because this is when most dogs start to become open to instruction. Elements K9 Training’s new training programs aim to help dogs in this stage of their development, as well as other stages, to realize their full potential and become socially acclimated.
As far as the types of programs they run, Elements K9 Training offers both in-person and virtual options. For in-person training, clients can opt for private lessons or the board-and-train program, where dogs are kept at Elements’ facility for an extended period and are worked with daily. Online training sessions conducted over Zoom are also available for clients wanting more freedom and convenience.
Whichever program is chosen, it will be tailored to the dog’s specific needs and goals. For example, some clients might want their dogs to learn basic obedience, dog-walking boundaries, and social situation etiquette, so the programs will be customized to concentrate on these topics.
Master dog trainer and Elements K9 Training founder Garrett Beckwith leads all of the programs. He and his team of dog trainers have all been professionally trained and certified in canine behavior modification and advanced training techniques.
“Garrett is an amazing trainer full of knowledge, poise, and most importantly, compassion,” said a satisfied client. “We learned so much from him in such a short amount of time; my dog and I would not be where we are today without his input. I highly recommend both him and his team to anyone looking to help their dog develop and grow.”
