Jun 20, 2023

Honesty, integrity and tenacity allows Re to recognize value for sellers, home-buyers, and investors.

New York City, New York Jun 19, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Re is a highly accomplished realtor who works with Align Right Realty Carrollwood in Tampa, Florida.

For over two decades, she has represented buyers and sellers as an agent, and has served as a custom home builder, constructing several speculative luxury homes and investment properties.

Going above and beyond for her clients, Re goes over the steps in the buying and selling experience before they even ask. Her goal is to make their real estate experience as easy and stress free as possible. Because she goes the extra mile for her clients, they refer friends and family to her, knowing her ethics and integrity will guide them through their real estate journey.

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Re studied International Affairs at Florida International University and in Delhi, India. She also lived in Berlin, Germany for many years.

As a Florida native, her extensive knowledge of the local residential and commercial real estate market, combined with a breadth of experience, allows her to exceed her clients' expectations with the highest level of professionalism, service, and discretion.

Over many years, Re has cultivated a dynamic network of buyers and investors. Her ability to develop a marketing strategy exposing a property to the highest possible number of qualified buyers, and to monitor every aspect of the selling process from negotiation through financing, offers the best assurance of maximizing value.

Influencing and shaping the real estate industry, Re is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). The NAR is an American trade association for those who work in the real estate industry.

As a production coordinator for the Travel Channel's "Terror in the Woods" and "These Woods are Haunted" and Animal Planet's "Finding Bigfoot", Re has honed her skills in the real estate industry, making her a relocation expert and specialist. She is also featured as an expert Folklorist on Discovery Channel's, "Strange Evidence" for over five seasons.

With a proven track record of excellence, Re has been recognized as a top agent in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Currently residing in Tampa, she has two adult sons; one is an accountant in Tampa, the other an attorney in Tampa. Her life partner, Jim Ciocia, was the Founder of Gilman Ciocia 38 years ago, now Generations Tax and Wealth Management; tax and financial planning firms.

Outside of work, Re enjoys researching folklore and ancient legends, hiking, sailing, traveling, and volunteering in the ecology field. She has an extensive background in outdoor land and ocean survival as well as mountaineering.  She has trans-sailed the Atlantic, backpacked remote places throughout the word, and climbed three of the seven summits.
