Power Window Experts In Dallas Report Increased Demand For Repair

May 07, 2020 - /PressAdvantage/ - Faith Auto Glass, based in Dallas, Texas, is experiencing a marked increase in demand from vehicle owners who are taking advantage of the lockdown to have their power windows repaired. Many who are self-isolating use their car as a safe zone when travelling to obtain essentials as Dallas County has recently reported a record number of new cases once again. The company, widely recognized as power window repair experts in Dallas, has instituted safe distancing practices to help protect their staff as well as their customers.

Speaking on behalf of the company, Jane Darcy says, “People have told us they want to be sure that their power windows are in proper working order so that they and their passengers can stay protected. It will take some months before an effective COVID-19 vaccine is available. Personal vehicles are the most viable solution for those who need to leave their homes. As we look forward to the time when lockdown restrictions ease altogether, it will remain the responsibility of each person to protect themselves and others. Similarly, as we head into one of the hottest summers on record, we believe making sure your vehicle’s power windows work properly is a necessary precaution.”

Drive through facilities have extended banking and pharmacy pickup to other essential services, including COVID-19 testing. In the Dallas Metro area, drive through grocery stores have popped up in many locations, supplementing takeout and other drive through eating options. Since 2008, almost all automobiles have had power windows installed as a standard feature. However, such devices are often overlooked during servicing and maintenance, especially when times are tough.

Power window repair costs tend to be very expensive, particularly at the manufacturer’s chain of sales and service centers. Until recently, few people knew that power window experts like Faith Auto Glass could both investigate and troubleshoot any issues that arise, and they could also repair or replace the faulty parts.

Darcy continues, “Before COVID-19 struck, many people would not have given much thought to a window sticking shut or a power window switch that didn’t work properly all the time. Going forward, that is not a viable option. We know from speaking with our customers how much they depend on us to provide affordable and reliable services. They know that they can rely on us to do the job correctly the first time, every time.”

Customer’s views agree with that perspective, judging by their Google Customer rating score of 4.8 Stars out of 5 Stars—with over 270 reviews to date. One of their customers, who sought the company’s help with their power window mechanics, writes, “Recently had a windshield and power window switch replaced. Prices were right, and they swapped everything out quickly and properly! Thanks again!”

Over on Yelp, Gerald L. from Plano, Texas gives the company top marks in his review, which highlights the level of service the company provides. In his review, Gerald says, “Faith Auto Glass has the best prices and the install is perfect! They will get you in and out, and the work is warranted as well. I've recommended several people to Faith Auto Glass, and they were impressed.”

Other reviewers note both their great prices as compared to other Dallas Metro area businesses as well as their rapid service, with glass often being replaced within one hour of arrival at the company’s convenient 2nd Ave, Dallas location. Faith Auto Glass holds a large inventory of windshields in stock and can source for any rare pieces they do not have, saving their customers a lot of time and expense. Furthermore, they can provide a free quote for a window replacement upon the customer’s request.

Darcy concludes, “We know that many people overpay using some of the ‘big name’ firms. We provide the same quality or workmanship, and we stand behind our work. Our customers trust us to provide the real deal at low prices. Let us help you when you have any power window issues. Now, ahead of a long hot summer season, is the best time to take care of any issues. Even small blemishes can become much bigger issues during the hot season.”
