OptiMed Health Partners today announced the appointment of Rusti Greis to vice president of business development. Greis will lead the sales department, the development of new and innovative models, and continue to oversee all industry relations activities.
"Rusti has been a key player in the company's growth," said OptiMed CEO Andy Reeves. "Through her strategic focus, business and medical industry expertise, and commitment to our mission, she is positively impacting patient lives."
Greis joined OptiMed in 2016 and initially was charged with leading the company's strategic entry into offering national home infusion services, medical payer contracting, and the opening of OptiMed's first infusion suite. "I am excited and honored to take on this new leadership role," said Greis. "As someone who has experienced the positive impact that quality and affordable healthcare can have in one's life, I am passionate about helping others. I will be focused on developing and promoting patients' access to superior levels of care and the perpetual improvement of the healthcare experience within the industry."
Greis began her career within the healthcare industry with roles and responsibilities focusing on patient advocacy and management programs, facility/practice management, contracting, reimbursement best practices, and compliance.
