Furthermore, assisted living complaints went from 981 in 2014 to 1465 in 2018, with 65% of those complaints coming from CBRF, 39% anonymous, 28% guardians, 9% by residents, and 2% by attorneys. Self-reporting complaints grew from 3645 in 2014 to 5284 complaints in 2018.
