Moving And Commercial Storage Company in New York NY Announces Upcoming Auction

Jun 7, 2019

June 07, 2019 - /PressAdvantage/ - Abreu Movers New York, organizes auctions of items for clients who no longer need their services but don't have the space to take their items. The moving company states that they have an upcoming auction that is set to take place on April 16, 2019 at 10 am. More on the company and their services can be seen at their website.

A representative for the moving and storage company says, “We help our customers by providing them with quality storage options, and when they no longer need our storage units but simply do not have the time to empty them, or they don’t have anywhere to keep those items, we offer regular auctions to help them to clear out their units.”

The company has been providing residential and commercial storage options for more than 11 years. The representative states that they are a licensed company, providing traditional, as well as climate controlled storage options with controlled access for customers.

“Our auction on Saturday, March 16 will include a number of units,” says the company representative. “Most of these are household items with various bags and boxes that the winning bidder will have instant access to. Our unit auctions are sold by competitive bidding. The auction begins at 10 a.m. and can take several hours, depending on the number of bidders that are present.”

The company states that they provide a variety of commercial unit sizes for home and business owners.

Television shows like Storage Wars have made storage unit auctions very popular over the past few years. Bidders, while they do not get to see precisely what may be in bags or boxes, do get a look at the unit contents in general, and then they begin their bidding. Many bidders use storage unit gains to resell to try to earn a profit on what they have paid.

The company did not state at what level bidding would begin. The company representative says that the beginning bid price will be stated at the auction and then bidders can begin to compete for the goods that are included in each unit. The auction currently has a listing of six different units that will be auctioned off, and bidders can compete on any of those listed units.

Upon winning a bid, the company states that payment must be made before the winning bidder will have complete access to the goods that are included in the unit. The company representative states that those who are interested in bidding in the auction should come prepared with the money that they need to pay for the unit should they win the bid on that unit. He states that they are not able to provide a monetary value for each unit, and that bidders will simply have to trust that they are bidding on items that will turn them a profit if that is their goal. Storage auctions in the past have proven to be very lucrative for those who take the contents of those units and then turn around and resell them in used goods stores or their own auctions.

The company states that anyone who is interested in attending the upcoming auction can learn more about what may be available on their website. Their website also gives information about the variety of storage units that they offer for commercial and residential use.

Abreu Movers New York offers storage units that are secured and controlled for those who typically do not have the space to store their own belongings. The company has served the New York area for many years and is dedicated to offering their customers the best in traditional or climate controlled storage for a number of needs. Those in the area who would like to learn more about the company and their storage facility offerings can visit them online.
