Mile High 2020, the highly anticipated annual chiropractic event, is taking place August 20nd-23rd in Westminster, Colorado. The Mile High Weekend is an annual event that brings chiropractors and their teams together from all over the world to deepen their philosophical understanding, expand their vision, enhance their business strategies, and train their teams.
Hosted by Dr. Daniel Knowles, D.C. and a prestigious team of influencers, they bring a multitude of chiropractic professionals together under one roof for a weekend gathering of doctors who wish to transform the integrity of Chiropractic back to its former stature and make a larger impact on their practices, their communities, and the Chiropractic profession. The weekend is packed with over 30 industry-leading chiropractic professionals taking the stage, along with daily activities, industry-leading vendors and businesses, and break-out sessions for chiropractors and their teams.
