Jan 10, 2024

With unmatched expertise, reliability, and a personal touch, Louise elevates real estate experiences across Idaho and Washington.

New York City, New York Jan 9, 2024 (Issuewire.com) - Louise is the designated broker for Windermere Real Estate - Sandpoint office in Idaho. She embodies a customer-centric philosophy encapsulated by the belief "People Buy from People", which is why establishing trust and going the extra mile is always her goal.

A professional real estate relocator, Louise has relocated more than 50 times herself as a UK veteran. She has worked internationally in France, Spain, and Germany, and nationally in Florida and Idaho. Leveraging her extensive background, she strives to make the buying and selling of real estate as stress-free as possible for her clients, understanding both the joys and challenges of relocations.

A native of Great Britain, Louise pursued higher education at Leeds University, obtaining an Honors Degree in Modern Languages. Her career then took a unique turn as she served in various challenging roles with the British Army.

Moving to the United States in 2001, Louise settled in the Pacific Northwest in 2007, finding solace and warmth in the region, in stark contrast to the hurricane-prone environment she experienced in Florida.

With over two decades of real estate expertise, Louise now caters to both Idaho and Washington, specializing in residential and commercial real estate for buyers, sellers, investors, and leasers. Her impressive designations include certifications as an E-pro, listing specialist, and negotiation expert.

Beyond her individual achievements, Louise actively mentors her team members and serves as a Certified Real Estate Instructor for Idaho and Washington.

Fluent in English and French, Louise attributes her success to meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to going above and beyond for her clients. She takes pride in identifying and satisfying their wants and needs, ultimately fulfilling their home-buying goals.

In her personal life, Louise finds joy in activities such as shooting, hiking, cooking, reading, and riding her 400cc Suzuki Scooter.
