On January 31st, 2022 residents of Sholom’s Knollwood Place Apartments were able to start enjoying a new food service from PRIME KOSHER CATERING inside the newly renovated Willows Grill and Nosh Nook Deli. Menu items will include a wide variety of international favorites, such as chicken marsala, arroz con pollo, and sweet and sour soup, as well as long-time Jewish favorites, such as chopped liver, matzoh ball soup, and beef brisket.
“Food is an important element in a residential living program,” said Barbara Klick, Sholom CEO. “Not only does it keep our residents healthy, but it also is a key factor in someone’s satisfaction with a facility. We are excited to have PRIME KOSHER CATERING’s international and Jewish cuisine now available to enhance nutrition options for our residents.”
