Nov 8, 2023

John is a respected figure in the real estate industry, ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support during their real estate transactions.

New York City, New York Nov 8, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - John is a highly respected realtor and the head of the Heaning Group, an affiliate of McCurdy & Co. Realty, located in Fort Pierce, Florida. With a strong dedication to serving both buyers and sellers, John has made it a priority to assist military veterans in their real estate needs. His extensive knowledge of the local market, combined with his military background, allows him to understand the unique needs and priorities of veterans, ensuring a seamless home-buying or selling experience for them.

One remarkable aspect of John's services is his commitment to excellence. When a homeowner or seller signs a listing contract with him, they are offered a complimentary home inspection. This invaluable service enables sellers to identify and address any potential issues with their property, ensuring a smoother sales process and closing.

Continuously striving to improve, John actively participates in various professional associations, including the Martin and Indian River Realtors Association and the Real Estate Association of St. Lucie County (RASL), where he has served on multiple boards. In recognition of his outstanding commitment to community service, he was honored with the Humanitarian of the Year award from RASL in 2013. He has also been recognized as Affiliate of the Year, both personally and for his small business.

Outside of his real estate endeavors, John is an active member of the St. Lucie County Chamber of Commerce, where he previously served as a Board Member. He completed the Chamber's Leadership program in 2003, further showcasing his dedication to personal growth and community involvement.

Before entering the real estate industry, John served in the US Navy for over 26 years, retiring with the prestigious rank of Command Master Chief (E9). His military career instilled in him the values of discipline, integrity, and a strong work ethic, which he carries with him in every aspect of his life.

After retiring from the Navy, John chose to make St. Lucie County his home. For 17 years, he successfully operated Heaning Home Inspections, demonstrating his expertise in ensuring the safety and quality of homes in the area. It was during this time that his passion for real estate began to flourish, leading him to become a licensed realtor.

On a personal note, John is happily married to his wife, Karen Tufte (Heaning), a prominent criminal defense attorney. When he's not assisting clients in their real estate endeavors, he enjoys leisure activities such as boating, golfing, and traveling.
