North Charleston production company ShadeTree Visuals and Director ShadeTree KDee announced the premiere event for their new independent crime drama series, “Tax Season." The red carpet event will be held in Charleston, SC on Saturday, August 19th from 6-11 PM EDT.

More details can be found at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/tax-season-premiere-tickets-664305775457?utm-medium=discovery&utm-campaign=social&utm-content=attendeeshare&utm-source=up&utm-term=user-profile

ShadeTree Visuals advertises a full program for the event, including an insider's look into the making of “Tax Season” as well as the first public showing of the indie series.

Because independent films like "Tax Season" are produced outside of major Hollywood studios, they offer perspectives often unrepresented or unexplored in mainstream movies. With more creative freedom, indie filmmakers like KD Davis, aka Shadetree KDee can prioritize the art of storytelling over industry expectations and share their artistic visions with audiences.

The premiere event offers audiences the option of purchasing either General Admission or VIP tickets. VIP guests will attend a Q&A session with the cast and crew followed by a dinner banquet prepared by Simply Homemade Catering. General Admission guests will then join the event for a performance by award-winning comedian Osunjii. The event concludes with the premiere of “Tax Season.”

The crime drama centers on an entrepreneurial nephew and his uncle caught up in a murder conspiracy. Set in Charleston, “Tax Season” explores dysfunctional family dynamics and the pursuit of success against all odds.

ShadeTree Visuals specializes in creating video content, music, commercials, and cinematic trailers for clients across sectors.
