If it wasn’t for my kids opening my eyes to new tech all the time I would still be behind the times myself……..Some of the most important decisions in our lives are overly complicated and it almost always comes down to communication. IT’S NO ONE’s FAULT. It’s just a rigged and highly divided process. Everyone’s all over the place from the real estate agent to the roofing contractor to the loan officer that can get you approved.”

Were tired of reading the online forums and blogs -hearing about how marketing websites have more influence than their OWN LOCAL MLS website. How do you expect a brand new real estate agent out of school to be successful in that environment? When I hear HVAC contractors complain because what used to be an easy business when they first went for their license has become a less than 10 percent profit margin industry. How do you expect them to grow and put money back into the local community when that money now goes to large national corporations.

In today’s economy…..It’s almost like getting a text message vs the good ol’ handshake and look you in the eye. Nothing wrong with a text message. I’d just prefer to talk to you once and get down to businesses so we know were the right fit for each other. The bigger directory sites, review sites, etc make that difficult and expensive for everyone involved.
