(South Florida Review) Who do people call when they have an elderly relative that is homebound and needs groceries? Residents that live in Jupiter or Tequesta can call Errand Bunnies.

Errand Bunnies help people by saving them time and providing errand running for the low cost of just $29.99/hour or $10 if the job takes 20 minutes or less.

Recently South Florida Review sat down with Lexi Stuart, 21, co-owner and co-founder of Errand Bunnies. She started “Errand Bunnies” in July with her best friend Eugenia Gonzalez, 20, after having a hard time finding someone to help Lexi’s grandmother.

After a little research, Lexi and Euguenia saw an even larger need for someone to help run basic errands. They then pitched the business idea to their family, who responded by helping them get started.

They bought two matching Chevrolet Sparks and wrapped them with their trademarked bright pink logos. Next, they visited offices and businesses, dropping off business cards and flyers.

The Errand Bunnies have been positively received and have run all kinds of errands in the last couple months since opening.

“We hop so you don’t have to” is their slogan. And they mean business. Stuart said: “People just don’t have time, plus there are a lot of people that need help.” Both she and Gonzalez feel they are providing a valuable service to people.

Most of their business for individuals entails picking up groceries or similar items. Businesses have been using them to drop off deposits. However, they offer a wide range of services including house sitting, pet watching, and much more.

Future plans for Errand Bunnies include adding staff and expanding to nearby areas including: Stuart, Hobe Sound, Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach.

Errand Bunnies is currently offering a buy-one-get-one errand free for the month of October. Call 561-408-5333 or click here for more information. They also offer a 15% discount on their services for seniors and military.

Errand Bunnies Services:
