Cornish holiday lettings agency Harbour Holidays is celebrating this week after it was announced that it has retained 100% of its property owners for continued service into 2018.

The Padstow based accommodation rental company has confirmed that all of the holiday home owners who currently market their properties through its specialist service have signed up again for next year.

All of the 167 self catering cottages, houses and apartments it represents in Padstow and the surrounding villages will continue to be promoted and managed the the local holiday company.

Harbour Holidays puts this success down to the quality service it provides to property owners and the high profile the company enjoys in the town and online.

Nicky Stanley from Harbour Holidays said: “It has been a fantastic year for us. A new website and renewed marketing effort has enabled us to achieve solid booking levels for our clients. The 100% retention rate shows that we are doing things right and it’s a pleasure to know that property owners have complete faith in our first-class service.”

As a Padstow specialist, Harbour Holidays enjoys a strong local reputation reflected in its success with holiday home owners. Established over twenty years ago, Harbour Holidays has always prided itself on being a local, family-run company that looks after the needs of holiday home owners and their guests.

The company has achieved this success in spite of competition from the many online travel agencies, such as AirBnB and Owners Direct, which allow homeowners to manage their own lettings.

Nicky Stanley commented: “Not everyone has the desire or time to do it themselves. Nor is it always a good fit because these online agents cannot provide the specialist local knowledge and support we can. Holiday home owners look to us to manage their bookings for them as they know we are a specialist local company which attract thousands of people to Padstow each year.”

As well as retaining all of its current stock of properties, the company is speaking to scores of additional local property owners in the Padstow area as it continues to expand its holiday let portfolio.

“These are exciting times,” said Nicky Stanley. “We’ve enjoyed unrivalled success with booking holidays for visitors to Padstow. Because of this, we’ve had a flurry of interest from property owners who are interested in coming on board with our rental service.”
