Growing up in Kansas City, except for being away for four years of college, Haley has lived in Kansas City her whole life. Her college degree was in Political Science/International Relations from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. 

After college, she came back home to Kansas City and began working for a state representative, Jan Meyers. She also worked for the Builders Association of Kansas City as the Head of their PR department. 

Coming from a real estate family, Haley's mother was a realtor and her grandparents were before her, so she has been surrounded by the sales transactions of homes for most of her life. She got her start working in commercial real estate with her mother at their own brokerage, The Spalitto Company, until she started focusing on residential properties. 

Now leading The Haley Epps Team at Compass, one of Haley's primary goals as a realtor is to build lasting relationships with each of her clients in order to guide them through the challenging process of homeownership. She provides personalized, hands-on service, provides insight informed by decades in the industry, and stays involved in clients' lives long after the transaction is completed. 

Going above and beyond for her clients to get them where they want to be as far as their real estate needs are concerned, Haley becomes friends with many of the people she works with. Because of these traits and more, she gets 95% of her business from repeats and referrals.

In order to constantly expand her sphere and stay in touch with her constituency, Haley maintains a consistent presence online and within her community. She uses the MLS and social media to market her listings as well as ads in lifestyle magazines, and communicates with past clients over social media and by phone. Her ability to stay on people's radar has enabled her sphere and her business to grow, and her production numbers reflect that.

In her free time, Haley loves spending time with her husband and her daughters. She enjoys hiking, biking, and going on vacations to the beach in Florida. 

A huge proponent of community engagement, she personally raises money for local organizations such as the Gold Key Project, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and her local church, the Legacy Christian Church. Haley and her team also hold clothing drives for Mission South Side, a local ministry that provides for the homeless. 

Likewise, Haley works with the Unconventional Women's Business Network, a non-profit faith-at-work ministry designed to foster good business practices within the community.
