OXNARD, Calif. – The team at Express Employment Professionals attended the Express International Leadership Conference 2020 in Nashville, Tennessee from Feb. 19-22. The employment center in Oxnard, CA, is proud to announce they won the Franchisee of the Year Award during the yearly conference.
Neil McMillan, President and Owner of both the Thousand Oaks and Oxnard offices, won the IFA/Franchisee of the Year out of more than 800 Express offices throughout the USA, Canada and South Africa.
“I was completely shocked!” exclaimed Neil. The entire team was in an uproar as they cheered him on stage. The award was given to him on Feb. 20.
Janis Patrini, last year’s IFA/Express Franchisee of the year from Grand Rapids Michigan, announced, “This year’s IFA/Express Franchisee of the Year Award winner is an incredible individual, full of drive, determination and decency. He lives the Express Values of People, Teamwork, Build to Last and Integrity in all he does. One of his former Office Managers, with his guidance, in only a few short years, that office manager now owns her own successful Express franchise. He made the bold decision to turn a branch into a full-fledged office. His first office skyrocketed from Gold to Platinum, and his new office achieved Bronze, all while outperforming the industry by 10 to 20 percent. He and his staff are among the first to lend a helping hand. Whether it’s offering support to children and families in need, both locally and around the world, assisting victims of violence, pitching in with environmental causes or offering relief to wildfire victims, he and his team are always willing to help. Now it’s time to celebrate him. Please join me in congratulating the 2020 IFA/Express Franchisee of the Year from Oxnard and Thousand Oaks, California, Neil McMillan.”
The Express Oxnard team also won many awards including President’s Club, Chairman’s Club, Top 50 Sales Representative, Century Club, 100 Hit Club, Platinum and Bronze Circle of Excellence.
