Discount Door Service Celebrates 100 Stellar 5-Star Google Reviews from Tucson Homeowners
May 30, 2023
May 30, 2023 - /PressAdvantage/ - Discount Door Service, a highly rated garage door services company based in Tucson, AZ, is celebrating reaching the 100-review milestone on its Google Business Profile.
The owner Melissa MacMeans shared her thoughts on the momentous occasion by saying, “This is a significant milestone in the company’s history. Ever since we began operations in 1999, we have been committed to delivering quality products with excellent workmanship for our clients needing garage door repair in Tucson. While we have served hundreds and thousands of satisfied customers over the last two decades, finally reaching the coveted 100 review threshold on our Google Business Profile has made us realize just how far we have come. We are really excited for the future of Discount Door Service and can’t wait to serve thousands of more homeowners and business owners across Tucson.”
Apart from the latest feather in its cap, the company also has a history of receiving prized distinctions within the industry. For starters, it was named the Best Garage Door Company in Tucson by Expertise.com in 2020. It also received the 2019 Angie’s List Super Service Award for Garage Door Repair in Tucson. Finally, the business also maintains an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, the highest level of recognition from the organization.
Currently, Discount Door Service has a perfect 5.0 out of 5.0 overall rating from 101 reviews on its Google Business Profile. Customers praise the meticulous work done by its professional garage door technicians, the courteous and friendly customer service, and the affordable pricing of its services. In fact, browsing through the reviews that the company has received over the years demonstrates just how consistently it has lived up to customer expectations.
The very first review on its Google Business Profile, from more than 10 years ago, says, “Had them replace and install a new garage door opener that we purchased from Sears. Came out in the time frame they said, it went very well, and was a very reasonable price. Did not try to upsell any additional services as another company had done before. Pointed out what the potential problems for us could be to keep an eye on. Cleaned up the area before they left. Will definitely use this company again and will suggest to my friends and neighbors that need any garage door service or repair.”
The same mark of quality and customer satisfaction expressed in the decade-old testimonial is still present in the latest review, as of the time of writing. It says, “We had an excellent experience with Discount Door Service, from start to finish. Very polite, very professional, and very reasonable pricing. We were pleasantly surprised in all aspects. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing garage door repairs.”
The fully licensed, bonded, and insured company’s range of garage door services include general services such as safety checks, lube, and maintenance, roller replacement, broken spring replacement, panel/track and cable replacement, garage door opener repairs and replacement (LiftMaster Belt and Chain Drive options), and emergency services. Discount Door Service is ready and available to help homeowners in and around Tucson including Oro Valley, Marana, Saddlebrooke, Vail, and Green Valley.
“We handle everything from broken springs to garage door opener problems,” says Melissa. “No problem with a garage door is too big or too small for us to solve since having a reliable garage door is not only about functionality but also about security. It might shock you to find out that there are 148,000 home break-ins per year through unsecured and broken garage doors that haven’t been repaired or maintained. We care deeply for our Tucson neighbors and want all homeowners here to feel safe and secure at all times. That is also why we only deal with parts and equipment from the top manufacturers in the industry, including Amarr, Wayne Dalton, and LiftMaster. So, if you are facing an issue with your garage door, give us a call today.”
