Billings, United States - March 6, 2019 /PressCable/ —
A local dentist in Billings, MT celebrated Children s Dental Health Month this year by spending time hosting an oral hygiene presentation to multiple preschools in the area.
CORE Dental Care sponsored this year s event, which covered key issues such as:
Healthy food options Learning how foods filled with sugar such as candy, soda pop, sports drinks and juice are quickly digested by the bacteria in your mouth. This produces acid that will attack your teeth.
Proper brushing and flossing techniques Learning that cleaning your teeth at least twice a day is the best way to prevent cavities.
The importance of using proper amounts of toothpaste Learning how fluoride toothpastes work effectively to fight plaque and cavities, and to clean and polish tooth enamel and how to use the right amount.
