The five piece set consists of items which are designed to improve the baking experience of both beginners and professionals. The full-size and half size rolling pins include food grade silicone dough rollers. The full-size traditional 17-inch rolling pin makes it easy to complete big jobs, while the 8.5-inch rolling pin is right for small jobs or when teaching youngsters about baking. The pins each have wooden handles designed for easy grip, and the silicone roller portion is constructed of non-stick materials.
The sizable pastry mat is helpful in keeping dough from sticking to counter tops or tables. The mat is flexible and BPA-free. The surface of the mat is resistant to high heat and has measurements included in both centimeters and inches, to aid in baking and rolling operations which are size sensitive.
There are two cookie cutters included in the Chefast baker’s kit. The star and heart shaped cookie cutters are made of stainless steel for durability and safety.
