The WELL Performance Rating is a subset of features from the WELL Building Standard that are related to building performance and monitoring and occupant experience insights. WELL is the premier building standard to focus on enhancing people's health and well-being through the buildings where we live, work and play.

BEE Incorporations Shanghai Office is one of thefirstWELL Performance Ratingprojects in Asia. The Rating is a roadmap for leveraging building performance and occupant experience data to shift business decisions and organizational culture. This rating illustrates BEE's success in ensuring a healthy, productive, and safe environment for its employees and clients.

Created through seven years of rigorous research and development working with leading physicians, scientists, and industry professionals, the WELL Building Standard is a performance-based certification system that marries best practices in design and construction with evidence-based scientific research.

"As an industry-leading provider of WELL services, we have been committed to IWBI's mission since their inception. Physical and mental well-being is a human right and the spaces where we live, work, and learn play a central role. We are proud of the impact BEE has had on projects all over the world, including our own space",  - Alessandro Bisagni, President and Founder, BEE Incorporations

"The International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) warmly congratulates BEE Incorporations for achieving WELL Performance Rating and becoming one of the global pioneers of such achievement<...>. The certification focuses on seven categories: air, water, nourishment, light, fitness, comfort, and mind. To achieve the WELL Certification Rating, BEE Incorporations underwent a rigorous evaluation process, which included documentation review, on-site performance testing, and post-occupancy evaluation.

We certified the first WELL project in Asia in 2015 and have since been involved in hundreds of WELL projects around the world. We are Keystone Members of IWBI and part of the first group of companies to become WELL Enterprise Providers. In 2018 we also became one of the first GBCI-approved Performance Testing Organizations that enabled us to provide on-site testing services for the purpose of WELL Certification. We have over 20 WELL AP's on staff and have WELL Testing agents in 5 countries. On the real-time monitoring side, our software platform, BEE Sense, is IWBI-compliant for Air Features. We are the most vertically integrated WELL service provider and currently the only firm that can offer a trifecta of services essential to WELL: consultancy, PV Testing, and software solutions for real-time monitoring.
