TYart LLC Art Services is celebrating their 21 Anniversary, which commemorates 21 fantastic years in business. This is a huge milestone for the Houston-based Art Installation business, which has provided Art Installation to Houston Art since 1999. They provide many services such as Art Transportation, Art Installation, Art Crating, and Art Storage.
TYart LLC Art Services got it’s start in 1999 when founder Kyle Young and Christopher Tribble are co-owners of Ty-Art. “My background is in sculpture, and my business partner, Kyle Young, his background is in painting. We both worked at Houston Museum of Fine Arts as art handlers, as well as handling our own works. We saw the need for an art handling company, especially with the Houston art market being so strong”
One of the earliest challenges TYart LLC Art Services faced was It’s a small company, with many different roles, but we are very hands-on. A lot of the smaller basic installations are taken care of by the crew, but for any of the larger jobs we are in it as much as the other guys. They currently operate at out of their warehouse located at Houston.
While every business of course faces challenges, some, like TYart LLC Art Services are fortunate enough to enjoy real successes, wins and victories too. Once such victory came when In the beginning it was just the two of us. We do crating, packing, shipping, storage in our 30,000 square feet storage facility in Bellaire. Now we have 20 employees helping us..
Christopher Tribble, Co-Founder at TYart LLC Art Services was also quoted when discussing another big win. “One of the high points of TYart LLC Art Services’s history so far was That’s why we get into it, and that’s what we enjoy, we get to handle amazing pieces of art. I personally don’t think there’s any downside to this business. I don’t make my own sculpture anymore, but I don’t miss making sculpture. The art that I get to see and handle fulfills me in that regard..”
TYart LLC Art Services’s Founder, Kyle Young and Christopher Tribble are co-owners of Ty-Art says “We’re delighted to be celebrating our 21 Year Anniversary. I believe the secret to getting this far in business today is We’re also well known for handling large-scale sculpture installations. We are known for anything complicated, or anything that people don’t feel comfortable with. We find a way to solve it and get it moved. It definitely takes a certain personality and traits. You have to be a problem solver and figure things out. If you have that mindset it can be a great place to work.”.
TYart LLC Art Services currently consists of 20 employees and has big plans for the upcoming year. One of their core objectives is To become the number one Art Storage and Handler in the Houston and Surrounding Areas.
