Arizona Public Safety Coalition Forms to Support Law Enforcement Officers Statewide - Non-Profit aims to hold officials accountable and educate the public.
Phoenix, United States - July 10, 2017 /PressCable/ —
After a series of abuses and injustices against the men and women of Arizona’s law enforcement agencies, a group of law enforcement advocates has formed the Arizona Public Safety Coalition (AzPSC) – a local, non-partisan, grassroots 501(c)(4) non-profit.
The primary goal of the Arizona Public Safety Coalition is to provide advocacy for Arizona’s law enforcement officers by holding officials accountable and educating the perspectives of voters and taxpayers.
The Arizona Public Safety Coalition’s new website, azpsc.org contains a Tipline so officers, taxpayers, and voters can anonymously, and without fear of reprisal, report conditions that negatively impact public safety and the well-being of law enforcement officers. All information reported through the Tipline will be independently verified and no agency or official will be off limits.
The Arizona Public Safety Coalition website also includes the infrastructure to collect financial contributions in order to pool the resources for campaigns specific to certain causes and conditions. The Arizona Public Safety Coalition does not accept for-profit corporate contributions or collaborate with for-profit corporate interests. The Arizona Public Safety Coalition only serves the interests of those who serve to protect us.
