A Powerful Collaboration for Spectacular Action Sequences

Ferdi Fischer, a renowned action director, stunt coordinator, and cinematographer from Stuttgart, has successfully collaborated with esteemed Hollywood action director Spiro Razatos on an impressive Bollywood film project named "Jawan," starring Shah Rukh Khan. The collaboration between these two talented filmmakers has sparked considerable interest among film fans worldwide, as it showcases the combined expertise of Ferdi Fischer in action cinematography and Spiro Razatos' leadership in Hollywood action films.

WarpCam®'s Significant Role in Fast and Furious 10

Ferdi Fischer and his WarpCam® team were heavily involved in Fast and Furious 10 in Italy, where they contributed significantly to the biggest action scene. Fischer created a special team for Fast X that provided stunts in combination with WarpCam®. This groundbreaking camera technology was used in multiple ways: handheld very close to the action, on a speeding RC car for shots from under the vehicles during a chase scene, and attached to an FPV drone operated by one of the best FPV racers in Fischer's team, enabling the capture of extremely fast and stabilized footage for the first time in cinema history. You can see a showreel of Fischer's work on Fast and Furious 10 here.

New Release Date for the Film "Jawan"

Originally planned for release on June 2, 2023, "Jawan" had to be postponed due to unfinished post-production work. It is now scheduled for a theatrical release on September 7, 2023, coinciding with Janmashtami.

Revolutionary Camera Technology for Thrilling Action Scenes

Ferdi Fischer and his team were flown to India specifically for the two largest action sequences in "Jawan." The decision primarily rested on Fischer's expertise in operating the WarpCam®, of which there are currently only five prototypes worldwide. Developed by Ferdi Fischer, the WarpCam® allows for unique and dynamic action shots from almost any angle.

Praise for Fischer's Contribution and Innovative Technology

Atlee Kumar, the film's overall director, was thrilled with Ferdi Fischer's contribution to "Jawan" and announced plans to bring Fischer and his team back to India for future projects. Fischer's extraordinary skills, combined with the innovative WarpCam® technology, have left a strong impression on the film team and are likely to set a new standard for action scenes in Bollywood.
