BRIDGETOWN, Barbados - Oct. 19, 2026 - PRLog -- STS Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Anthony Ali is joining the firm as Managing Director and Partner, bringing extensive international leadership experience and a proven track record in building enterprise value, acquisitions, and divestitures. Having spent more than a decade leading Goddard Enterprises Ltd. (GEL), a conglomerate spanning 130 companies across 27 countries, Anthony brings firsthand experience to business owners considering a sale and the advisors who support them. At STS, he will leverage this expertise integrated with the firm's Selling to Strategics™ process to help owners maximize value and achieve an Extraordinary Exit™.

As Managing Director of GEL from 2013 to 2026, Anthony helped scale the business from $600 million to over $2 billion in revenue, overseeing seven divisions across the Caribbean and Latin America. He led the company's restructuring, divestiture of non-core assets, and strategic expansion, including 15 acquisitions and 7 divestitures representing a total investment value of $1.2 billion.

"Anthony brings a unique perspective to STS, its advisors and its clients, having spent his career on the other side of the table, building businesses and making the strategic decisions that drive growth. As a high-performance operator, he understands what matters to business owners and what strategic buyers are looking for. We're excited to welcome him to the team," said Rob Follows, Founder and Chairman of STS Capital Partners.

Throughout his career, Anthony has held senior executive positions across technology, manufacturing, consumer goods, logistics, and distribution, with involvement in transactions totaling more than $2.1 billion. His experience includes leadership roles at Azerty Inc., where the business grew from $350 million to $1.2 billion during his tenure before its sale to United Stationers, as well as Thermo Fisher Scientific and Enerworks Inc. Earlier in his career, he was selected for a fellowship at McKinsey & Company. He also holds two patents, with two more pending, and has served on several international boards.

"Throughout my career, I've seen how the right strategic opportunities can transform a business and create significant value. What attracted me to STS is its commitment to looking beyond conventional valuations and identifying buyers who recognize a business's full strategic potential. I'm excited to bring my experience to the team and help owners achieve outcomes they may not have thought possible," said Anthony Ali, Managing Director and Partner at STS Capital Partners.
